We are providing daily backup of data for the users & has SSL certification to safe gaurd user payment and client data.
Email Option
User can mail all the history of case by clicking on message box from both Web & Mobile app(on registered Email).
Alert For Cases Not Updated
User will get to know the cases not updated on the top in view cases option on Web software in Pink Color.
Search Option
There are Five types of search
- Search by status
- Search by case title
- Search by judge name
- Search by type of case
- Search cases between dates
We have given search option in both web software and mobile app.
Daily Cases List Download/Print
User can take print out or download daily case list from our web app by clicking on particular date on calendar.
SMS To Client
Two type of SMS will go from our server with advocate/user name on
1. Instinct SMS when user will update next date
2. Before one day case hearing
Client Fee Manager
User can enter decided fee at the time of entering the case detail and this option is available on web app/view cases/Fee manager. By using this user can Generate Invoice Of Pending Fee (with User name) by clicking ctrl+P.
Download Performa
We have given many Performa's for civil and criminal cases. User can simply download from our website.
Court fee Table
Get the list of State vise Court Fee Table
Offline View Of Cases
User can only view the cases data in offline view of last 30 minutes before going offline. (Pro Users Only)
Number of cases View on calendar
Pro user can see number of cases on mobile and web software’s Calendar.
Mark Busy Option
User can mark busy for important case at adding next date. User can choose a colour that will be shown on calendar of mobile app. User can mark busy up to 2 number of cases for one day.
Mark Holidays
User can mark his holidays in calendar from mobile app by select between dates to mark his holidays. This will also be shown in Web & Mobile app calendar by fading those selected dates.
Reminder Option
We have given on reminder option to our users. User can utilize this option for Getting Certified copy of Order & as per his need. This will also be shown in current date case list as reminder.
Sun Set/ Sun Rise time
This will help users particularly for criminal cases. We have added Sun rise/Sun Set time on both Web app & Mobile app on current date pages
Bare Acts links
Pro user can save different links as per their preference.
1 Gb Space
Pro Users have the access to create folder and upload their data(files/images,etc) upto 1 GB from Mobile as well as Web software.
SMS counter
Users have the details of how many SMSs have been used by them
Email Option
Now we have given option to add client's EmailID in add case details, An Instinct Email will go to client's emailID. When user will update next date. Coming Soon
